190 NORTHERN BLVD. FLUSHING, NEW YORK -- On January 12, 2013, while receiving the delivery of the sofaset, purchased from Jennifer Convertibles located at Flushing, New York with ORDER # UJN 3563, the delivery person damaged my front main entrance door. I spoke the delivery personnel and the they called the company and handed over their phone to me, and spoke to the person on other side, and he assured me to reimburse the cost involve to replace the door. After replacing the door by spending $200.00 (labor and material) I tried to reach your 516 496-1900 number but never went through. Then contacted the showroom, where I purchased this item, they asked me the copy of the invoice from repair contractor and try to work with Jennifer Convertibles.

After following up for 4-5 months, the showroom representative told me your company refused to pay me as there is no such information, BUT I SPOKE TO YOUR OFFICE AT THAT TIME AND GOT THE ASSURENCE.

You may have to file suit in small claims court for reimbursement if the company is refusing to cooperate with you.
