Sprint Cell Service - Poor Service and Worse Customer Service
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- Since April I have been experiencing frequent interruption of service from Sprint. They are adding new towers and they are proud to let you know when all is done this is going to be great. Until then you will have non existent service. Dropped calls, no data, no battery because your phone is in continuous search for connectivity. I have had to do weekly soft re-sets just to place calls and receive email. Twice supervisors were to call back-no they did not call. I was suppose to receive a $25.00 credit-no I did not receive a credit. Spent an hour on a call with customer service and the escalated call division.
Essentially, Nathan in escalated call said I either accept their credit of $30.00 for 4 months or go to arbitration. I need to go to arbitration for something Sprint agreed to provide. His offer of $120.00 does not even cover one month of service for two lines. I pay a significant amount monthly to Sprint.
I have been a customer for over 10 years and am responsible for payment for 10 accounts that all use Sprint. The only thing currently worse than their phone service is their customer retention.
