ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Complete scam. save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away. 90 min. tour turned into 3 hours. Forced 3 managers on us when we declined. We did opt for the travel program only to find out later that no dates are available in our time frame and you pretty much have to travel on their time frame if you want to use your package. Money down the drain. The only way to put them out of business is for every one to stop using them. STAY AWAY FROM WEST GATE RESORTS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is how all time share groups operate. My husband and I went to a time share presentation when we were in Hawaii. What was supposed to be a 2 hour thing turned into closer to 3 1/2 hours. We had to say no to three different people as well (including the finance officer who got a bit snippy with us when we told her no). They also tried to get us to buy some sort of travel program as well (we declined).

You fell for the "travel program?" We went to a presentation and left after 90 minutes. They had us speak to 5 people and each time I said, No. That's the key, say NO!

If you're caught up in one of these timeshare presentations and need a way out just claim to them that you work for a timeshare company yourself. It makes you immediately an NQ (not qualified). The salesperson will no that they have no chance to make a commission and will let you walk out the door.
