Ashley Furniture/Furniture Mart - Don't Do It - Not Worth the Aggravation and Time!
Delivery and Customer Service - Complaint
LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA -- After three weeks of calling me (robocall!!!) telling my my couch was ready for delivery, set up appointment for a Saturday. Window was 11a-2p (pretty much ruining any chance of anything else happening that day!).
At 11a, called to see where we were in the window, and was told "they are 20 minutes out". Great! Noon rolls around, then 1p, still "20 minutes out"! At 2p, I called and told them they needed to reschedule, as we had to go to the airport. Oh! but they were "around the corner"!
At 2:30p! they show up with only 3 of the 6 pieces! Delivery guy says "must be back-ordered".
Fast forward five days - have to leave work to get the rest (longer story, but this is the culmination of about 10 phone calls). They tell me they are in my driveway, so I race from work (they forgot to call and tell me they were on their way - typical). I get home - nobody there! Call the driver - they decided to deliver someone else!
Delivered two more pieces - STILL missing one piece!
DON'T order furniture from them - totally not worth the aggravation, time and extremely poor communication between Customer Service, Sales and Delivery.
