I purchased a trip through a travel site that uses Bill Me Later. Three weeks later, I had to cancel the trip and the travel company refunded my trip fee and send me a cancellation confirmation. The following month I received a bill from Bill Me Later with the trip fee still showing up as something I needed to pay. When I called them, they said they hadn't received notification of my cancellation and that I needed to wait until the next billing cycle. I did that and the charge was there so I called customer service only to be told that I have to fill out a dispute form...which I now have to wait up to 90 days to find out their decision. The most frustrating part is that I called the travel company and they did a 3-way call with Bill Me Later confirming that the charge should still be refunded but BML refused and said I had to do a dispute form. Ridiculous merchant practices at best, I will never use them again!
