Lowes - Replacement of Light Fixture Glass

COON RAPIDS, MINNESOTA -- While installing a light fixture, I tightened it too much, and the glass broke. I called the Customer Service # to get a replacement. Within 5 minutes, I was told a replacement would be sent to me at no cost (even though it was our error). The representative said it would probably be 4-6 weeks before we received the replacement glass as it was on back order. It arrived today, no more than 1 week after my phone call. Within a few miles of our home, we have Menards, Home Depot and Lowes. From now on, Lowe's will be our first stop.
