Cell Phone Service - Complaint
NORTH CAROLINA -- My SPRINT contract ended on 3/25/12 I attempted to upgrade on 6/6/13 but they said I wasn't available to do so for another 85 days. I had an old phone and activated it on 1/27/2012 so now It reset my account for an upgrade. I called 7x trying to resolve and on 6/6/13 I was told it was fixed but in fact it was not. They had no record of anybody telling me it was taken care of so basically they deleted the notes from the conversation. I called back on 6/7/13 and told them this time I was recording the conversation they then transferred me to a supervisor saying I am not allowed to record their conversation but they can record me.
Sounds very dirty because they can delete whenever they want. Sprint is horrible and please take this as a warning.
