The overall service from Direct TV is terrible in every department.
Satellite TV Service - Complaint
TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA -- The overall service from Direct TV is terrible. But worse, they informed me when I cancelled my service and moved out of state that I owned my equipment and did not need to return it. Two months later (without receiving a bill or any notice from them) they charged my bank account for $430 for the equipment and refused to admit their mistake and refund the money. Further, when I cancelled I was also told I would owe $180 for ending contract prematurely, again they sent no notice and charged me $360 for that.
They are the worst TV provider ever; they border on the criminal. Do not ever deal with them. DISH is much better!!!!
