LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I went to BJ's to shop as I've been doing since joining about 26 years ago at various stores in different states. The woman at this particular store ALWAYS walks away when it's my turn to be served. I contacted them and was told they'd check out my complaint and get to back to me. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. Obviously they DON'T care about customers or customer service. GUESS I'LL JUST FORGET TO RENEW my membership!

If one staff member is not willing to handle your business you can walk away - but then you lose if you are happy with the prices etc.
Document each and every incident - time of day etc - then write a formal letter to the store manager and corporate headquarters.
(I understand the frustration, but actually I do not want someone that for some reason won't take my order, handling my food)
There is something odd going on here.
