Sprint - Poor Cell Service Bad Customer Service
PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS -- I was still charged for activation fees on 4G network that was cancelled within the 14 day cancellation period. I cancelled the service because their 4G SUCKS in my area. I also upgraded to a smart cell phone with SPRINT because SPRINT said that I was dropping cell call due to my older cell phone. SPRINT customer service was no help. Be careful about SPRINT, I'm screwed with this service for the next 2 years.
