Direct TV Customer Service One of the Worst Services Ever

NEW JERSEY -- I was a customer for two years and paid my bill on time direct deposit. When I moved to this apartment complex they would not allow dishes so even though it wasn't my fault, Direct TV charged me a termination fee.
Assuming that is even fair, they still charged me for the next month after termination and when I called they said yeah sorry we will refund you and it will take couple of weeks. Now, reminder that they didn't have any problems deducting their termination fee within 24 hours but refunds takes a few weeks. I still haven't received the refund (6 weeks later). I would advise not to use them or if you do, don't give them direct deposit. And BTW, when I called to talk to the account department ,they don't have one, according to the clueless reps.
