HOME AND AUTO SECURITY Complaint - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA -- Home & Auto Security states they pride themselves in outstanding services to their customers.
WRONG! After 4 days of requesting an answer to a simple question on their web site, I still have yet to receive a reply.
I wonder what they will do should I need any service which I am paying dearly for-----God help any customer that has an emergency request for anything they advertise, i.e., roadside assitance, professional locksmith unlimited services.
Forget the '24 hour service' they promise.
So happy I kept my reliable AAA.

Did you ever think of calling them? The internet is not perfect - it is possible they never received your email.
