New Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator Doesn't Work
Customer Service - Complaint
We purchased a high end Whirlpool refrigerator in January. It has never kept food cold since it was delivered. Around 2 months ago it quit working altogether. Six repairmen later and daily calls to Whirlpool, they are still refusing to stand behind their product and their commitment to customers. We are still using coolers to keep our milk from spoiling. We have to go to the grocery every day and eat in restaurants most nights because we can't keep food in the house without a refrigerator. The way that their customer service is handling this situation is horrible.
They should be ashamed of publishing the following values given the way they actually treat customers. See below:
