Popeye's - Manager Was Rude and Disrespectful

METAIRIE, LOUISIANA -- I tried to redeem one of the deals for when you complete their online survey for your previous visit. The Manager said that the claim code I wrote was missing 2 digits. I insisted that it wasn't. I had checked it prior to leaving. She walked away rudely. I went back to get proof and came back. She then blames it on me saying I didn't write it correctly. Well, maybe I could have told her that if she didn't walk away the first time. I let her know how displeased I was and she told me to report it to Popeyes. I did report it online and I haven't received any communication back! This is so poor! The manager knows corporate won't do anything to her so they just treat customers like crap!

Maybe one or two complaints to corporate won't make much difference but if complaints continue to come in it will. Be happy in the thought that your complaint did the employee no good.
