Sprint Phone Based Customer Service - Complaint
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- After 15 years of being customers with 5 smart phone lines (and the ridiculous charges going up and up and up and getting less and less benefits ) we decided to cancel our service . Several years out of contract we planned with their customer service exactly when to stop service to avoid any partial months and pro-rated messes. Hah. they said one of lines was still active after midnight on that month and charged us for another month for the 5 lines . Tried to straighten that out spent hours and hours on the phone listening to their bull . finally we gave in and paid. then this month we get another letter threatening collections on yet another $90 for another date of service for when we no longer should have had service !!! And 30$ for the documentation they sent that proves we didn't have service ! One way or another they were determined to get their "cancellation" fees weren't they ? If it wasn't just 400$ I would take them court for their thievery, as it is they'll get their extortion money like they want. And I will never ever ever recommend or go back to them .
