Checkworks Has No Clue What Customer Service Is

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA -- I am not sure why I ordered checks from a company I never did business with. After this experience, there is no way I will do that in the future. They are the most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. I received a partial order. When I called to inquire about the remainder of it, they said it could take anywhere up until June 26th to receive and e-mailed the information about that, apparently to show me I signed off on that. I told them I never received a package that on the return address did not even have the company name. For the most part, the package looked like an advertisement and junk mail. They do not even ship the checks in boxes that checks are stored in. I can honestly say the checks I received looked nothing like the ones online in the picture. I also asked for a refund and I was told when I returned all of the checks I would get a refund. I am confident the other package probably will not arrive.

Furthermore, Checkworks customer service does not even sign their e-mails with a name. I guess I would not have wrote this complaint int he first place, but after my initial call to them I was on hold for a solid 10 minutes, and suddenly disconnected. I guess they should look into a new phone system as well as people who are nice to their customers.
