Busch Garndens Triple A Partners - Complaint
ONLINE, VIRGINIA -- After I booked our trip to Busch Gardens through Triple A partners page for 5 people which also included the flex ticket for Busch Gardens & water country USA totaling 395.00 I decided to verify the funds were processed properly in my checking account and it's a good thing I did. They took it out twice within a 2 minute period.
I immediately called them and after being kept on hold for 3 HOURS & 19 MINUTES ~ They disconnected me! At this point I started to panic thinking I was scammed and called triple A. They got me on the phone with them with 5 minutes for which I was grateful however the issue was unresolved. I was then told they do that in order to hold a processing status for 48 hours ???? Never heard of such a thing and subsequently my bank then put at total of 790.00 into a process pending until the charge "falls off". So now that is an additional 395.00 I do not have access for for 48 hours.
There is nothing on their website that states that they would do that either. If your going to book ~ book through a triple A agent on the phone!
