Dish - Customer Service Received Was Shockingly Rude
I called Dish with some questions about their newest offer. I have Direct TV, so I wanted to know if there were any hidden charges in their 19.99/mo promotion. I was transferred to a Promotion Specialist who wanted specific information about me. I said that I just wanted the answers to some simple questions, but DID NOT WANT to give personal information. He politely answered my question, I thanked him and hung up.
He ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK AND YELLED AT me for hanging up on him! I wish I had gotten his name, and I would like to discuss this level of customer service with his supervisor! Is this what their standard is? I expected pushy salesmanship, but WOW!
