Good Feet - Decent Orthotic, Bad Customer Service
CENTENNIAL, COLORADO -- I was sold the "three step" program and was told "I'm going to give you three cushion inserts. Well, I was "given" anything. I paid for the entire set. I take responsibility that I bought into the sales pitch and didn't ask more questions. When I tried to return part of the set I was told varying stories about how that would look and how it was "on me." Yup. He was right. It is on me and that's why I'm cautioning people to be VERY aware of the so called return policy and what it actually includes. I would expect if you believe your product is so superior there would be a customer satisfaction policy. Good Feet, in my experience does not offer customer satisfaction.
Although the one insert is somewhat helpful, I would not recommend Good Feet to friends. The dismissive and condescending treatment by the sales staff isn't worth it.
