Sprint Service And Customer Service Is Horrible!
Customer Service and Cancellation - Complaint
After 6 months of crappy service and over 30 phone calls trying to get it fixed with no resolve, I decided to cancel my service. However, I have a year left on my contract and they won't waive the cancellation fee. I have 3-7 dropped calls a day sometimes within the same call. The rest of the time, there is so much garbled speech that I can't understand the person on the other end. This happened when they decided to dismantle a cell phone tower in my area. When I signed the contract, that tower was up many years ago with good service. I have been faithful to pay my bill each and every month. I held up my end of the deal. Sprint did not. Now I am stuck paying for crappy service that I never signed up for.
All I ask is to get out of my contract along with the other 4 people on my plan, without a cancellation fee. The last call I made to them was escalated to a higher up manager in the cancellation department. His response was, "oh well". I can't make phone calls sometimes or 10 minutes at a time because I have to use the airave at my house and that uses my Internet service. If my Internet is down, I can't make a call. When I told this manager that, I asked him what if his mother was having a heart attack and her phone didn't work? He said, "I would deal with it." Now, isn't that great customer service?
