AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I purchased two items from their show and was charged twice. Their advertisement on their show says that it is one price for all day. They put two different days that I purchased the items (which was one hour of each other) and charged my double. When I called customer service the customer service representative said I had to say it was a bulk order to receive it. I explained she was going to lose a customer for $2.99. She did not say anything. I asked for her supervisor and she said nobody was there.
Guess I will spend my else where. I also purchased a necklace. I will not wear it. I looked like a child's necklace. I threw it away. I wonder what other shady deals they offer.
