Lufthans Customer Service - I Am Waiting for My Refund of $200.00 Charged by American Airlines Booked by Lufthansa Staff.

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I travelled by Lufthansa airlines from New Delhi, India March 5, 2013 by business class. After arriving in Chicago, while I was collecting our luggage from the conveyor belt, I was approached by your airline staff that our flight by united airlines to Rochester NY was cancelled and we already been booked by American airlines the same night. American Airlines was charging us $200.00 for the two suitcases weighting over 50lbs. My husband again went to the Lufthansa staff and was told please pay them and claim with receipt the refund of your money from the Lufthansa customer relations and assured us that we will be refunded the full amt.

We did that and after 4 letters, no satisfactory response from your customer relations.
