BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA -- Beware of the incorrect billing that occurs over and over on your phone bill. You will spend hours on the phone every month to get $5 - $10 charges removed. When you finally cancel your service after your contract is up they will charge you an additional $50 and argue with you when you call to get that charge removed.

Yup! Happened to me too! They tell you they'll remove something and they don't.
