CALDWELL, IDAHO -- I have been here at least five years. I have never had any problems with any former landlords or the looks of this place. When I moved here this place was HUD owned and never did I here any problems with funds and getting things done that needed attention was told of not having the funds to fix stuff. I'm having a problem with a neighbor going around and talking or gossiping to other neighbors and brand new neighbors she insist on there time (when they first move in) and I've gotten complaints complaints against and my wife I've been told I'm having disciplinary for my pets and the looks of my property. I do not wish to associate with this person Wanda and certain other residents who I know are trouble makers. The main person is Wanda who used to volunteer to work her her off making changes to landscapes around the property and know I get complaints and hateful looks from the new residents.

I have a neighbor (I was told by landlord I can take my dogs anywhere I want) she confronts me and tells me not to take my dogs to certain area she also threatens me she going to poison my dogs and thanks to a new neighbor and Wanda I can't take my dogs out front. This is an inconvenience. I have tried to apply for a job here this place is looking so terrible was denied firmly no. I have a front door that jams and is sometimes impossible to open and lock.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE DISCIPLANARY AGAINST THIS PROPERTY. I don't know what these residents and troublemakers are saying but I don't deserve to be inconvenienced because of a new landlord or property owners.

If you are feeling threatened by other tenants you should file a police report. Additionally I suggest reviewing your contract to see if this constitutes just cause for breaking the lease.
