I would rather chew bark than deal with Walmart.com CS dept. again!
All depts. from reps. to billing - Complaint
HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI -- What a nightmare... Walmart.com needs to go out of business or retrain their cs reps. I've been ordering phone cards online for at least a yr. and lately I've been running into a lot of problems. I used my debit card to make these purchased Walmart.com canceled my order 2's. Before trying to reactivating my phone service, I wasn't able to speak to anyone regrading the cancellation because it was after hrs. and then at 12pm I had no phone service. The only form of communication Walmart.com has to offer (after hrs.) is through email. 10 hrs. later I got a response to my email stating that they were looking into my situation. to make a very long story short I had to stand outside in 47 degree weather for 3 hrs using a payphone.
I got the run around I was lied to, blamed for their mistake, they also tried to blame my bank for their mistake and I was told to purchase another phone card at my local Walmart store... even though Walmart.com was still holding $98.00 of mine. I was going to have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back. The longest time I was on hold was for 27 minutes and then was told to hold on again, again and again.
Finally I was able to reach someone who had sense and she was able to straighten out everything for me. Her name is Keri she works in the billing dept. if you need any help she'll take care of you. All of those other morons will waste your time.
