Ashley's Furniture Store - Very Unhappy With Mattress and Box Spring. Big Mistake. Store Policy Is the Worse.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- Purchased a mattress and box spring from the Ashley store in Brooklyn.
The mattress was replaced twice, the first two mattress after a few days the mattress began to sag in the middle. A Tech came out. Ok the mattress was replaced. All of this started the 27th of March.
Saturday two weeks ago another mattress was delivered . there is a loud sweaking noise, again a tech came out, who stated to me, they didn't change the Bos spring, I said no, he said that is a loud sweak, I explain to him I have been dealing with this since March, he said I can understand why you are so upset. I will take care of everything, call the office in a few days. When I called the office I was told, he reported every thing was fine, the customer is just unhappy with the merchandise.
I don't remember the Tech's name but how can someone lie like that. Yes I am really upset right about now. Having to deal with this for months. This store is the worse.
