MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- This is the short story: When we arrived the desk clerk Beckie was so rude she didn't believe I paid for the room. I actually had to prove it with my tablet, bringing it in from the car. The elevator was out the entire three days we stayed. The remote to the TV, after we received it, still did not work. My grandchild stepped on a screw. The pillows were very old and needed to be changed out. When I complained to the staff, every one made exercises for her replying, "Yes that's Beckie".
