Vivint Home Security - You'll never reach a supervisor nor a solution

Requested report for 1st week in April of the Arming & Disarming of our system. (Needed to see that our House sitter was using the system as instructed) Customer Rep. said request would be emailed to another department and it would be emailed to us in about 2 weeks......wrong report.

Called again. C. R. apologizes and assures us they know just what report we're looking for. Wrong report again after the wait time. Called again. This Rep. KNOWS the system we're using and just how to get the report. Forwards request to other department, report will be mailed. And again WRONG report. Called again and requested Supervisor, not possible but will put in our demand for a phone call from Supervisor. Rep. can't promise we'll get the call and of course, we have not. I've emailed a couple times but getting no where.

Go somewhere else with your needs....even if it cost more!!! Horrible company.
