I've been a happy customer for years ,paid through direct deposit over $1000 a year. I called today with an issue and was treated like DoDo the dog by several reps even hung up on. Why the company would tarnish it's brand and cause me to go back to Direct TV puzzles me. When I asked service to be terminated 06/30 ignoramus bullying me insisted on a 06/31 termination ???? And wanted me to climb on roof to retrieve receiver in center of dish to avoid paying for it. I informed moron I had a bad leg but a good lawyer so I would be delighted to climb on roof. He said forget it just return receiver box. Dish had me as a loyal customer 100% and today they screwed the pooch ? Back to my old provider Direct TV
