Comcast Cable - Who's in Charge of Monthly Billing???
SPOKANE, WASHINGTON -- Comcast personnel were fine until I had to deal with billing. Every month we would wonder what our bill would be(always different). We never changed any service and our monthly bill varied from $89.00 to $247.00. We called of course but every person we talked with would arrive at a different amount. Obviously the problem is "upstairs" and not with the people who have to interact with customers. You would think a company wanting to expand its business would listen to the people that know from experience(not necessarily only from a computer screen) what the customers want.
Granted, a CEO must look at the bottom line but asking for "street knowledgeable" assistance to get there seems to make sense.
