Comcast Rips Off Hurricane Sandy Victims

CARTERET, NEW JERSEY -- Had Comcast for years. I cancelled after Sandy took my home. They originally waved the early termination fee. I wanted to keep my phone #... so I had it forwarded to my cell because I knew I would eventually be moving back to my home town. I just moved back, & now I want my # back as well to my home & off my cell phone. NoW,... they are telling me I have to pay $375 to terminate my old contract. 7 months ago, when I cancelled they said they will wave the early termination fee. All of a sudden, they won't wave the fee for the phone... same fee! Does that make sense?
They wasted 2&1/2 hrs on the phone to tell me they won't do anything for me. They came out Sunday to set up my phone & internet again...& never gave me my old # back. I was NEVER told I would be charged when I moved back & got my # back. It was confirmed that when they came for the setup, I would have my #. Nothing. They are horrible & heartless & ripoffs....
