Service - Complaint
KATY, TEXAS -- I purchased a used Audi. The seller was to fix certain problems before I left the lot. When driving several miles the lights came on. He told me to bring the car back when I had time, it would be fixed, no problem. I brought the car back. left it there for several days. Service guy informs me my warranty has not kicked in and bring it back within 30 days. I explained it was a problem since the day I bought it. The salesmans guy was no longer employed there. I took the car back after 30+days with an list of everything that was malfunctioning. Service Rep called back and none of the repair was even covered by the warranty. I agreed to pay almost $2,000.00 for repairs. Returned the rental which was sitting in my drive way for 3days. I notice dirt and things that wasn't repaired via my request and money. I waited there for them to fix repairs that should have already been completed. Drove off and the same malfunctioning lights pop back on. I was told to bring it back and they would call when parts arrived. Being that its extremely hot, I called the next day because the A/C was not cooling. I was told to bring it back yet again. Got there the parts wasn't there and told me they would repair while I wait but did not have a time frame. I was denied a rental. They seem to get the A/C cooling again. I received a voicemail that I was smoking in the rental and it would be a charge to clean it. This is the same car that was sitting up for 3 days. Checked my statement and in fact they removed about $220 from my account. The A/C is still malfunctioning and the Service Rep apparently has not received my parts from over a week ago because I have not got a phone call. Don't think twice about this dealership, go some where else!
