Bob's Discount Furniture - Cheap Furniture, Delivery Never on Time

WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I ordered a two seater storage couch. Their delivery options are very bad, the customer care was not very helpful. Since my building has security and someone has to buzz people in, I had to be at home all day on a weekday. Wasted my day off.
The couch was damaged withing couple months and when I complained, they set an appointment for someone to review it. I wasted another day staying at home and all that the guy did was write a report and then I had to call the customer service. They gave me store credit, which means I now have to buy something from the store itself, at this point I didn't even care about the money. Eventually I ordered a chair and the delivery time was between 2.30p -5.30p which eventually was delivered at 10.00p that night. Since I didn't want to waste another personal day, I had reserved a deliver slot for Saturday a month in advance and it was still delivered at absurd time.
I don't blame the movers, but the company itself needs to brush up on their customer service and punctuality.
