Purchase a FEMA Give away for 6,000 and it is a Coachmen 2006 SOA.

I later discovered a rotten floor in the front master queensize bed room.
After further investigation found a leak in the top corner, right and left side of the travel trailer. In addition, found out it leak at both corner seams and behind the light covers on the front and side of TT.

So, I disassembled the bedroom removed all cabinets and tore out the rotten floor. discovered all insulation between the floor and membrane soak with water. Remove insulation and dried out floor frame.

Removed front left and right corner covers and install new butyl tape 1/8 x 1 inch. Re installed corner covers, trim excess butyl tape and caulked both sides of corner covers and all external light fixtures.

Just finished a heavy rain and guess what no leaks, raise the roof, no thanks to Coachmen's bad Quality assurance. After wood frame dries out will install
foam insulation(PERMA "R") and 1/2 inch yellow wood for new floor.
