T-Mobile - Charged for service not received. Terrible Customer Service.
CARY, NORTH CAROLINA -- We went in to the T-Mobile store on the 31st of the month. Bought a new phone and added it to our family account, which required an upgrade of the service.
When we got the next bill, we found out that they charged for the upgraded service from the 5th of the month, when we upgraded on the 31st. They didn't tell us they would do that, and didn't tell us we could save a lot of money by waiting a few days until the next billing cycle. Customer service was completely unhelpful when we called about this issue.
Service also doesn't work in a lot of stores, malls, etc.
