Low credibility: DHL driver decided not to deliver package today

VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON -- Wow never will I use DHL services again!! A really important delivery was delivered yesterday but my brother and I weren't home so no one answered the buzzer, obviously.. We got a notice from the driver saying that "courier will re-attempt on THURSDAY (today)". So my brother was home the whole day waiting for the package. Instead of getting the package, he got a phone call from this rude DHL Richmond lady saying that the driver decided not to bring the package today because our buzzer didn't work yesterday. WHAT THE HELL!? I don't think this driver knows how a buzzer works.
Fyi, nobody home = can't answer buzzer!! And when I called the DHL lady back, she was so rude! She surely doesn't have customer service experience. She didn't want to be blamed, she kept on saying she doesn't know anything because it's the driver's decision, so there was no use of her!!
Then I called DHL customer services, again a rude lady answered and tried to put the blame on me until I told her what's inside the package and I need it now! This lady replied to my complaints only based on what is written on her computer.. She wasn't really listening to me! DHL, you have the worst customer service ever!!
