BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA -- I called them around 6am try to set a service call. They gave me a service time the same day as my call. They told me that I needed to be home between 1-3pm. Well, they never showed. When made a follow up call about the technician not showing up, this lady that really couldn't speak English informed me that I didn't have an appointment for that day and that my appointment was the next morning between 8 and 10am? What! So I said where did I get 1-3pm and why am I sitting here wait on a technician today? She said "it was just a misunderstanding on my part"..They really could care less.
If it was not for Tree growth I would have stayed with Direct TV. I am going to leave this terrible company as soon as I can work it out ! That is a promise.
