KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Dear Comcast:
I have been trying to close my account since April 22, 2013. I received yet another billing, with late billings on it this week, and in frustration, called your customer service department.
This email is intended to compliment the very nice and very efficient agent who helped me. I do not know her last name, but her first name is Charell. She saw the problem, she saw that whatever was to be done originally was, in fact, not done properly, and she got the job done. I really appreciated her investigation into this matter. She was efficient and very nice. I, too, used to work in the Customer Service Department of a utility in Phoenix, Arizona, for many years. I know what good customer service is all about. In Charell, you have a very good employee, and I hope that you will give her the praise she is due from me. I appreciated her time and efforts for a job completed and well done.
