READING, PENNSYLVANIA -- I received a "Thank you Valued Windstream Customer" stating the following:
"Let us review your service and we'll give you $10 off your bill every month for the next 12 months. YOU WON'T EVEN HAVE TO CHANGE PLANS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO. And no Commitments. Call [snip].
Signed by Marilyn[snip]"
Problem is there is no truth to the offer. To get the lower monthly cost you must take a more expensive plan for 12 months.
