AT&T - Rude Rude Rude Rude Rude
Tech - Complaint
GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA -- I don't have AT&T, and will NEVER have AT&T for anything! Had a lovely morning picking up a load of pine straw for Mom, running errands and getting my nails done, only to get home and find that an AT&T truck was blocking my driveway - totally, complete with cones. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac in a townhome subdivision, so my options were to either leave my truck in the middle of the cul-de-sac, or sit and wait while blowing the horn, which is what I did.
After 15 minutes, I tried to call AT&T, but no one knew where to direct my call. I finally got out to look at the back of his truck to get the "Howsmydriving?" number and lo and behold the truck's driver appeared - and was very rude when I told him he needed to move his truck. Yeah, AT&T won't be getting any business from me! (The only reason this is a 1, is because, apparently 0 is not an option.)
