Tmobile - Rip Off
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- My Samsung Galaxy S2 was stolen while I was in the hospital and I was referred to their insurance company( what a waste of time and money). Following procedure I paid for the phone ( which was refurbished), received it and it was a Galaxy S (I could have bought it new for less on the internet). I talked to the insurance company and customer service to rectify this matter, and as they are trained to do, finally wore me out with lies, changing departments. Needless to say I'm going to change my carrier to someone who will handle situations in a professional manner.
So much for the new CEO, who said customer service is their number one priority....
