Direct Tv Is Unable to Guarantee It's Product

FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA -- I received a call from direct TV the morning after calling them repeatedly over the past month for poor service. It appears that the technician removed a working standard dish that was working well with my standard receiver. Today they suggested that they provide a "free" HD receiver yet wanted to extend the contract for 24 months. I refused because had my regular dish not been removed we would not be having this discussion. When I offered an alternative to return the dish that was taken, I was placed on hold, and another person answered. This occurred for four more go a rounds. Finally I offered an option for anyone to come to the home, yet Direct TV had to guarantee that service provided would be GARRENTEE!
No one has the authority to guarantee that I will have uninterrupted service after a technician provides a home visit again.
Frankly, I have lost faith in this company, I would expect that after having a technician for 8 hrs at my home who rewired the system, upgraded receivers, repositioned the dish on the roof and placed a booster on the system --all of my televisions would work.
