McDonalds - Manager Wrong
GREENVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- On Saturday, June 22, 2013 my husband and I were at the McDonalds in Greenville, PA having lunch, and the manager was having a conversation with an employee. The employee must have done something wrong, but that isn't the reason for this letter. If the manager was having a problem with an employee, he or she should have taken the employee to the office, and discussed the problem not behind the counter so everyone could hear. The manager ask the employee to leave, and she did.
My point is as a customer I do not want to hear the problems that are going on with manager and employee. This manager needs to be told about her discipline actions. Thank you.
