SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- We signed up for call forwarding on our business line in March with TWC. They were doing the portal which connects to my after hours call center.. Since March this portal has not been consistently working and frankly, is very unreliable. It will work 3-4 days and then not work which is very inconvenient. It also tells us that it is connected when it is not and that it is not connected when it is. The customer service with TWC has been very poor, rude and insensitive to the the problem trying to avoid the problem by telling me "that our business is the only one with the problem."
Last week I found out that the portal is not working correctly at all. In fact to try to get this resolved I had to write a letter to the President of Time Warner Cable. That even took about one week for someone from the president's office to call me. That person was very sympathetic, her name was Kayana Koslet, but to date two weeks later the problem is still unresolved. We cannot change phone service as Verizon does not work in our area so we are captive with TWC and their terrible service.
