Comcast - Customer Service Deplorable
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- After 2 weeks of daily calls to Comcast customer service, long periods of time on hold, promises made but not kept, my internet connection is still not working. They're more than happy to make the sale, but forget it if something should break or go wrong with the service.
Buyer beware: All customer service calls are outsourced to other countries and people working in these countries do not understand anything about home Internet/TV networks and connections in the U. S. Not to knock anyone's culture or language, but they didn't understand me and I didn't understand them, ergo absolutely nothing was accomplished.
This is pretty sad. Comcast is a Fortune 100 company and yet they care so very little about their customers. Obviously, everything about this company is driven by nothing but pure corporate greed.
