International Airline - Horrible! Never Buy It From Them

ATLANTA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I had cancelled a ticket that I booked using Cheaptickets due to a death in the family. I was clearly told that I have a refundable ticket and I will get my money back in 21 days! This is the worst customer service I dealt with. You have to wait for hours before an agent will talk to you ( I have waited for 1 hr no kidding). Their supervisors are worst. They have no clue what is going on. It has been 8 months now and I have no clue when I am going to get my money back. I will keep trying though. Just never buy anything from them! They are crap.

When you finally got through to someone, what is their explanation that you still haven't received the refund?
