Comcast - Terrible Customer Services
Customer Service - Complaint
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- I called customer services couple times and asked them to review the billing with me and they had mistakes added to my bill that a box which they never to install in the first place but they charge me for it. I was told that someone will call me back but never happened. I called again to follow up but the problem never solved and no one called me to settle the matter yet.
That's why I will rate their customer service 1 from 10.
