Direct TV - Cancelling Will Cause a Bill That Never Ends!

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Due to the failing health of my mother, it was necessary for me to relocate to NE to live w her. Therefore my account w direct TV had to be cancelled. I was not going to transfer service as my mother who is 81 n legally blind cannot learn how to use another complicated remote in order for her to watch/ listen to her favorite shows. I was not going to put her through this. I had had direct TV for a number of yrs and because I had added another line, they renewed my contract a yr and a half ago. So when cancelling, I was actually 4 months until the 2 yrs were up.
I was billed 150.00 for early cancellation. Even after returning the equipment they told me to return, they didn't want I e of the receivers as it was in their terms, obsolete. Now after they have taken the money for early cancellation out of the account in file, even though a dispute was ongoing, they now send me another bill for 145.00 for the obsolete receiver they told me not to send back. I have been conversing through emails as it is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REAL PRRSON AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS CANCELLED!
Oh but the email now has been escalated, whatever that term means to them. Never ever use direct TV. They are impossible to be done w and take nothing into consideration even after a loyal customer for 8+ yrs had to cancel for family illness
