Gamestop - Online Electronic Gift Card Order Not Processed and Then They Processed It 12 Hours Later!
Online gift card order - Complaint
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS -- Tried to order an electronic gift card online more than twice and each time their website told me there was a problem with my credit card and address. I immediately went to Amazon. com and had a gift card within 15 mins. About 12 hours later, Gamestop charged my credit card and sent an electronic gift card to me. When I confronted them immediately about the original problem and asked for a cancellation of the card, they told me that it was impossible since the card was already "shipped." Several emails have gone back and forth and the issue is still unresolved. Needless to say, I will need to deal with the credit card company now and have them do a chargeback. I will never deal with Gamestop again. They are unreasonable and unprofessional.
