Priceline & DogFriendly.com - Priceline Ripoff Cancellation Policy
Customer "Service" - Complaint
Booked a room through DogFriendly.com. Car broke down and couldn't leave on my trip. They wouldn't let me cancel and get my money back and said it was because of the hotel's cancellation policy. The hotel (La Quinta) told me would let me cancel up until 6 PM the day of the supposed arrival if I wasn't booked online through Priceline. I had no idea it was through Priceline because I booked through DogFriendly and the website said nothing about Priceline. Neither Priceline nor DogFriendly.com will honor La Quinta's cancellation policy. So it's actually Priceline's policy not the hotel's that's screwing me out of $105.00.
Don't use DogFriendly.com or Priceline. Just book through the hotel directly.
